Feeding the Best Kind of Sweet Tooth

I admit it — I have a sweet tooth. I like sugary treats, and I especially like luxury chocolates and confections. And I know I’m not the only one, because according to research firm Mordor Intelligence, the global candy market in 2025 is estimated to be about $72 billion. By 2030, Mordor estimates that figure will jump to nearly $87 billion.

A market that is based on feeding the human craving for sweets, and one that is growing very fast, feeds what I call the best kind of sweet tooth, and that is the sweet tooth for making money!

You see, as much as I love sugary treats, I love the sweet taste of profits even more, especially if those profits come from an early investment. It’s this craving for a sugar-fueled profit high that led me to discover the fantastic early opportunity in the pre-IPO shares of luxury confection and gifting brand Sugarfina.

As you may know, over the past several weeks, I’ve been telling you about the tremendous opportunity to invest in Sugarfina via a “Series C,” pre-IPO private placement.

If you are not familiar with this opportunity, I recommend watching this short webinar presentation, and then reading my special report, “Sugarfina and the Sweet Taste of Early Opportunity.”

Now, I recently spoke with Sugarfina CEO Scott LaPorta, and he told me that we have thus far raised nearly $1.2 million in capital for this venture. That is a fantastic number for both Sugarfina and for you, the early investor, as the more operating capital the company has the greater its ability to implement its expansion efforts and the closer it will be to its public offering.

If you still aren’t yet familiar with the Sugarfina deal, fear not, as I’ll tell you about it now. The reason why is because this deal is just too sweet (pun intended) to leave on the table. And so, I am going to pour some sugar on you here, with all of the syrupy details you need to find out more about becoming an early owner of this fantastic company.

First, let me stress that this is a pre-IPO investment opportunity of the sort that we at Eagle Financial Publications have never presented before. Why are we able to introduce you to this opportunity? Well, the short answer is the best ideas are often concocted while sipping champagne on a private jet! I mean that literally, because that is when I first discussed this opportunity. Let me explain.

In March 2025, I went on a whale watching excursion. Now, this was not your typical day trip off the California coast near my home. This was special. The trip was with my friends Paul and Diana Kessler. I have known the Kesslers for some years now, and we have worked together on multiple business projects. And let me tell you, the Kesslers do everything in style, including this trip to get up close and personal with the Eastern Pacific grey whales at their birthing waters in the lagoons of Guerrero Negro, Mexico.

This epic adventure included the trip from Los Angeles to Mexico on “Air Kessler,” the very nicest private jet I’ve ever had the privilege to fly. After arrival, we boarded a small boat that took us out to the lagoon, where we were able to actually pet these majestic beasts. This is the kind of spiritual experience that leaves a mark on one’s soul, and I came away from the excursion better connected to nature and to my own humanity.

On the way back home to Los Angeles, Paul told me all about the latest with Sugarfina and how he was planning to allow private investors access to company ownership before he engineered its public offering.

You see, Paul is the Principal Portfolio Manager and Founder of the investment firm Bristol Capital Advisors. In addition to being a whale lover, Paul has extensive experience with emerging growth companies. In fact, he has guided over 700 rounds of investment capital to hundreds of companies during his career at the helm of Bristol Capital Advisors. Most importantly, Paul is one of the principal shareholders of Sugarfina, along with his amazingly impressive wife, Diana.

One of the things we discussed on the ride back to Los Angeles is how we could bring the opportunity to offer my readers the chance to invest directly in Sugarfina. And after a few months of planning, that opportunity is here, right now.

To make the Sugarfina offering a reality, Paul introduced me to the man at the helm of the company, the aforementioned CEO and Operating Partner of Sugarfina, Scott LaPorta.

Scott is a proven senior executive with an amazing record of driving outstanding performance within highly competitive and aspiration-driven consumer businesses/brands. Those brands include Levi Strauss, Hilton, Marriott, Bolthouse Farms and GT’s Kombucha. Here we are talking about heavy-hitting brands that require a heavy hitter at the helm. Well, perhaps I should more accurately say a “heavy pitcher,” as Scott was a collegiate baseball pitcher while getting his BS in Accounting from the University of Virginia. He later earned his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Vanderbilt University.

Like Paul and Diana, Scott has an amazing track record of working with companies, having raised over $30 billion in capital and led or co-led over $10 billion of M&A activity as a CFO of operating companies in the hospitality, lodging and casino industries.

It was Scott that took me through an extensive presentation of Sugarfina and the opportunity that we are so pleased to be able to present to you right now, the opportunity to invest/own the “Series C,” pre-IPO shares of Sugarfina before it goes “IPO” and before shares explode higher in the public markets. And most importantly, before the rest of the investing public jumps in to try and glom on to their own profitable sugar rush!

As you likely know, in my position as a newsletter investment director, I am most often writing about public companies that already trade on national exchanges, or I am writing about commodities and cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and other forms of publicly traded assets. Yet, the one question I am asked most frequently by subscribers is: “How can the average investor get into these pre-IPO deals like the Wall Street pros and get in on the really big money?”

Well, here’s your chance, right now, today, to do just that, as investors now have the opportunity to directly purchase ownership shares in the company through this very special Series C preferred stock offering.

So, once again, I want to direct you to a webinar we recently recorded featuring myself, my publisher Roger Michalski and the two excellent gentleman and personal friends of mine, Paul Kessler and Scott LaPorta.

In the aforementioned webinar presentation, and in my special report, “Sugarfina and the Sweet Taste of Early Opportunity,” you will learn about Sugarfina’s history, its management team, its strategic vision, its current and future projected revenue and profit forecast and its strategy for dominating the luxury candy space.

You will also find out how you can invest directly with Sugarfina via its Series C preferred stock offering, including terms of the deal and all of the necessary disclosers, documents and paperwork required to make it all real.

If you have ever wanted to get in on a pre-IPO deal, or if you’ve dreamt about being a high-powered venture capitalist but haven’t yet had the opportunity, there is still time. The way I see it, you owe it to yourself to feed the best kind of sweet tooth — your sweet tooth for making money!

Darwinian Wisdom

“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.”

–Charles Darwin

This quote attributed to Darwin (it does not appear in his seminal work, “On the Origin of Species”) distills the essence of survival — both in nature and when investing. You see, if you are not willing or able to adapt to an ever-changing market, then you will not survive volatile markets. What is great to own now may not be great to own in the future, and what should be avoided now may someday be the hottest sector. Know this and be ready to adapt to change so you can not only survive — but also prevail!
