Well, Mr. Market has been suffering from one of his negative mood swings recently — especially with respect to commodities prices.

That’s great news for Global Bull Market Alert subscribers. You now have the opportunity to take another (cheap) bite at the commodity boom investment apple — at some of the best prices you’re likely to see in a long time.

London-based Rio Tinto (RTP) provides the best value among the several large, diversified commodity plays available in Global Bull Markets. Rio Tinto is a large conglomerate that engages in the exploration, mining, and processing of mineral resources, supplying aluminum, copper, diamonds, energy products, gold, industrial minerals, and iron ore. Trading at a P/E of less than 12, Rio Tinto was recently valued at $230 by investment bank Lehman Brothers. At yesterday’s closing price of under $189, Rio Tinto today is a steal.

Rio Tinto is also technically oversold. We may not catch it at the exact bottom, but we’ll be close. We’re looking for a good 20% short-term bounce in this stock.

Buy Rio Tinto (RTP) at market today, and place your stop at $152. If you want to play the RTP bounce for even bigger profits, buy the July $200 calls (RTPGT.X).

PORTFOLIO UPDATE

To make room for Rio Tinto (RTP), let’s close our speculative position in Webzen (WZEN), our Asian gaming play. With Webzen’s mixed earnings report yesterday, it’s better to put your money to work elsewhere.

Mexican America Movil (AMX) reported blowout earnings last week that were almost TRIPLE what the market expected. The company has seen a giant leap in its customer base.

Korean Woori Financial (WF) also announced a strong 34% increase in earnings for 2005, thanks to a drop in loan-loss provisions and robust fee income.

Israeli Teva (TEVA) stock is also showing signs of life after investment bank Credit Suisse put a price target of $53 on the stock last week, citing the recent close of the company’s acquisition of IVAX.

SPECIAL OPTIONS TRADES

America Movil’s (AMX) powerful results give you another chance to play the options on this Global Bull Market veteran. Buy the August $35 calls (AMXHG.X) for even more potential double and triple digit profits.

Gold’s retrenchment to $538 per ounce gives us another chance to shoot for double-digit gains in Gold Fields Inc. (GFI) by buying the July $25 calls (GFIGE.X).
