17 Million Eligible for Health Insurance Subsidy (Reuters)
Up to 17 million Americans will be eligible for tax subsidies to purchase health insurance through the state or national health care exchange. The credits are available to those who do not have insurance through their employers and have incomes between 100% and 400% of the federal poverty rate, according to information from a Kaiser Family Foundation Report.
