Today’s entry is a bargain-priced power generation company, Atlantic Power (AT), which sells electricity to utilities and other commercial enterprises. This Boston, Mass-based company generates a robust 12.9-percent dividend yield and, from all indications, looks to be ready to blow past its current, under-$3 share price. At least, that’s what four of the company’s insiders are betting. At the end of February, these four insiders acquired nearly 80,000 total AT shares.
