22 Years of Consistent, Increasing Dividends

22 Years of Consistent, Increasing Dividends (YahooFinance)

Taubman Centers, Inc. (TCO) is another in a long line of real estate investment trusts (REITs) providing consistent revenue to investors. And TCO is the epitome of consistency. Since going public in 1992, the company has never had to reduce its 3.1 percent dividend. Just the opposite, frankly, as TCO has increased the dividend 17 times during that 22-year run. Sure, you may be able to find a higher-yielding dividend than Taubman’s 3.1 percent, but you’ll never find a more consistent one. For investors who value never worrying about investment income, TCO is the right REIT.
