Insiders Look to this Telecom for a WIN and a 12.5 Percent Yield

Insiders Look to this Telecom for a WIN and a 12.5 Percent Yield (YahooFinance.com)

If you want to know what lies ahead for a company, keep an eye on its insiders. A case in point exists in Windstream Holdings, Inc. (WIN) — a Little Rock, Ark.-based telecom focusing on cloud computing services and integrated voice and video service delivery to consumers in rural areas. During the past year, shares of WIN have enjoyed a rollercoaster ride, so you would think that volatility would be an ominous sign. Apparently, you’d be wrong. On Feb. 15, 6 insiders made 14 separate transactions acquiring more than 450,000 shares in all. That’s a lot of faith in the immediate future of the company. And with the company currently sporting a robust 12.5 percent dividend, that’s also a lot of income for those insiders. Is that enough evidence for you to acquire shares?
