GM Announces $1.3B Expansion of 5 U.S. Plants (Fox Business)
General Motors announced Monday that it will expand its U.S. operations, creating or retaining 1000 jobs. The expanding plants are in Romulus, Mich.; Detroit-Hamtramck, Mich.; Flint, Mich.; Bedford, Ind.; and Toledo, Ohio. GM stock rose 3.6% after the announcement, as of 3:15 p.m. ET.
